What we build

AI

AI is added inside the systems we build, not sold on its own.

We do not sell an AI product. We add AI to a CRM, a job system, a portal or a phone line where it saves your team real time, and we leave it out where a plain rule does the job. Every AI feature is optional. A person stays in charge of every decision that matters.

Where AI earns its place

Summarise a customer's history

Before a call, the rep gets a short brief of past jobs, open quotes and recent complaints, pulled from the CRM in seconds.

Draft replies to enquiries

A suggested first response in your tone, which the person edits and sends. Nothing goes out without a human reading it.

Sort and prioritise enquiries

New leads tagged by service type and urgency, so your team calls the best ones first instead of working top to bottom.

Suggest the next step

A prompt on a stalled quote or an overdue job with the most sensible follow-up, based on what worked before.

Read documents

Supplier invoices, signed forms and site photos turned into structured data, so nobody retypes a line item or a meter reading.

Answer questions about your own data

Ask "which jobs are unbilled this month" in plain words and get the list, without building a report.

Spot patterns

Stock that runs out every third week, a client who always pays late, a technician whose jobs overrun. The system flags it, and you decide what to do.

Answer the phone

A voice agent that takes bookings and simple enquiries after hours, then hands anything tricky to a person. See Voice AI.

How we keep it safe

AI features run on your data and only your data. We do not train models on it, and we do not send it anywhere you have not agreed to. Every AI suggestion is labelled as a suggestion, and every automated action has a log you can read. When the AI is unsure, it stops and asks a person. If a feature does not save time in the first weeks of use, we switch it off.

Not sure which one?

AI is never the starting point. Start with the system that runs your business, then add AI where it earns its place. Business Process Automation shows where AI fits into a workflow. API Integration Services covers connecting AI tools to what you already run. Custom CRM Development and Booking System Development are the two systems where clients use AI most. Or tell us how your business works and we will say plainly where AI helps and where it does not.
