What we build

Integrations

Enter it once. See it everywhere.

We connect the software we build to the tools you already use, so information flows between them instead of being retyped. Your accounting software comes first for most NZ businesses. Payments, email, calendars, messaging and your online store follow. If a tool has an API, we can connect it.

What typically syncs

Xero

Invoices, customers, payments and payment status, both ways.

MYOB

Invoices, customers and payment status for businesses that run on MYOB.

Stripe

Card payments, subscriptions and payment links on quotes and invoices.

GGoCardless

Direct debit for memberships, retainers and recurring contracts.

Twilio

SMS reminders, confirmations and missed-call follow-up.

Google Workspace

Email, calendars, contacts and Drive files.

Microsoft 365

Outlook email and calendars, Teams notifications and SharePoint files.

Shopify

Orders, customers and stock levels into your warehouse, CRM and accounts.

HubSpot

Contacts and deals kept in sync, or migrated out into your own CRM.

How an integration works

Each connection has one job: move a piece of information from the place it is created to the places it is needed, without a person in the middle. A quote accepted in your system becomes a draft invoice in your accounting software. A payment in Stripe marks the job as paid. A booking creates a calendar event and a text confirmation. We agree which system owns each piece of data, so there is one version of the truth and no arguments about which record is right.

Integrations also fail quietly if nobody watches them. Ours log every sync, retry when a service is down and alert you when something needs a person. You see what moved and when.

What we check before we connect anything

Before we build a connection we ask three questions. Which system owns each record, so there is one source of truth. What happens when the two sides disagree, so a changed price or a deleted contact does not overwrite good data. And what a person needs to see when a sync fails. Answering those first is the difference between an integration your team trusts and one they quietly stop relying on.

Not sure which one?

If the tool you use is not listed, it is probably still possible. API Integration Services covers custom connections to anything with an API. If you want your CRM connected to the rest of your stack, see CRM Integration Services. Or tell us what you use today and we will map what should talk to what.
