Dealer Portal Development

Tiered pricing, ordering, stock, statements and resources, a portal your dealers and resellers can use 24/7.

Statement availableJust now

Superstack builds the dealer ordering portal NZ and Australian distributors, manufacturers and wholesalers need when dealers still order by phone and email. Our dealer portal development gives each dealer their own prices, live stock and account balance in one login, so orders arrive ready to pick.

The problem

every order is a phone call

  • Dealers phone and email their orders, and someone in the office rekeys every line.
  • Pricing tiers live in a spreadsheet, and a dealer on the wrong tier finds out from the invoice.
  • The warehouse answers stock calls all day instead of picking.
  • Dealers quote from last year's brochure because the new one sits in an unopened email.
  • Statements go out by hand, credit limits live in someone's head, and overdue accounts surprise us.

What Superstack builds

dealer portal development that takes the order

A B2B dealer portal earns its place when it beats ringing the rep. So every screen answers what dealers ring about: my price, your stock, my order, my account.

Example workflow

The dealer logs in and sees their tier prices. They build the order and the portal checks stock, then confirms it. The inventory system picks and dispatches, and the dealer gets a dispatch update. The invoice raises in your accounting software on dispatch and appears on the dealer's statement. Your team steps in for a credit hold, a backorder decision or a special price.

Integrations

Your accounting software raises invoices and supplies balances, credit limits and statements. Unleashed, or another inventory system or ERP through its API, takes orders and returns stock levels and prices. Shopify and WooCommerce share products and stock with the portal. Stripe takes card payments on account.

Any system with an API connects. Click a logo to visit them.

Add AI when it actually makes sense

AI is optional. Pricing, stock and credit rules run without it, and we add AI only where it saves the sales team time. See how we use AI and business process automation.

Web app, mobile app and customer portal

Web app

Your sales and accounts teams run the portal from a browser: setting tiers and prices, approving credit holds, processing warranty claims and publishing resources. Reps see their own dealers.

Mobile app

Dealers and reps use the mobile app: scan a barcode to reorder, check stock in front of a customer, place the order from the ute and get a notification when it ships.

Dealer portal

The reseller portal is the dealer's tool: catalogue, prices, stock, orders, statements, claims and resources. All three share one database, so an order placed from the ute shows on the warehouse screen.

FAQ

Shopify B2B fits when dealers buy a simple catalogue at a few price levels and stock lives in Shopify. A custom portal fits when pricing depends on contracts and quantity breaks, or when your stock and invoicing live in an ERP and your accounting software. Some run both: Shopify for retail, the portal for trade.

As many as your price list has, and they stack. Our dealer pricing portal handles base tiers, contract prices for one dealer, quantity breaks, promotional prices with end dates and a rule for which wins when they overlap. Each dealer sees only their price. Change a tier and every affected price updates.

Yes. Credit limits and balances come from your accounting software or your ERP, and every order is checked against them. An order over the limit goes on hold for accounts to release. You choose a hard stop or a warning. The dealer sees why it is held and pays online to clear it.

Yes. Unleashed and similar inventory systems connect directly, and most ERPs connect through their API. Orders flow from the portal into your system, and stock, prices, order status and dispatch flow back. If your ERP has no API, we work from scheduled file exchanges. Our API integration services page covers the approach.

Yes. A dealer account carries its currency and tax treatment, so an Australian dealer sees AUD prices with Australian GST, and their invoices raise in your Australiyour accounting software organisation. Price lists are set per currency, not converted. Stock shows from an Australian warehouse or from NZ with a longer lead time.

Yes. The portal works in a phone browser, and the mobile app adds barcode scanning to reorder, push notifications when an order ships or a claim is approved, and offline access for reps with no signal. A dealer in their storeroom scans the empty shelf label and the order is done.
