Multi-Location Dashboard Development

Compare branches, sites and locations like for like, one consolidated view for head office, one focused view for every site manager.

Weekly board PDFJust now

Superstack builds the multi-location dashboard head office needs when every branch reports its own way. We standardise the numbers first, then give head office one consolidated view and each site manager a focused view of their own site. It is the multi-site business dashboard NZ franchises, gym groups and hospitality groups ask for.

The problem

reporting that cannot be compared

  • Every branch sends its numbers in a different spreadsheet, and each manager counts a shift differently.
  • We cannot put two sites side by side and say honestly which one is doing better.
  • Head office spends the first week of every month chasing figures from branches.
  • By the time we notice a site is slipping, it has been slipping for a quarter.
  • Site managers either see the whole group's figures, which they should not, or nothing at all.

What Superstack builds

a multi-location dashboard, like for like

Multi-site reporting fails when sites mean different things by the same word. We fix definitions and data feeds first, then build the views, from the head office reporting dashboard to each site manager's screen.

Example workflow

Overnight, each site's takings, wages and bookings arrive and map to the group definitions. By morning every site is ranked. The Hamilton manager sees only Hamilton. The regional manager sees her region, and when one site's wage cost sits outside the pack she gets an alert and rings that manager. On Friday the board PDF builds itself. The system finds the outlier. People act on it.

Integrations

Each site's your accounting software organisation connects separately, and the dashboard consolidates them. POS systems supply takings and covers, HubSpot supplies enquiries per site, PayHero supplies wage cost, and your job or booking system supplies volume. A Google Sheet covers any site still reporting by hand.

Any system with an API connects. Click a logo to visit them.

Add AI when it actually makes sense

AI is optional. Standardised data and clear thresholds do most of the work, so we add AI only where it saves time. See how we use AI and business process automation.

Web app, mobile app and customer portal

Web app

Head office uses the web app for the consolidated view, a compare-locations dashboard, threshold settings and the weekly board pack. The finance team reconciles each site's your accounting software figures on the same screen.

Mobile app

A regional manager visiting several sites in a day opens the mobile app outside each one to see its numbers before walking in. Alerts on an outlier arrive as push notifications.

Franchisee portal

Franchisees see their own site against the group benchmark and nothing about other franchisees. All three share one database, so the franchisor's view and the franchisee's come from the same numbers.

FAQ

Yes. The location hierarchy handles both. Company-owned sites report into the group view. Franchisees get a login showing their store against the group benchmark, with nothing about other franchisees, and the franchisor sees the network. If franchisees also need to submit figures or download marketing material, that grows into a franchise portal.

As many as you have. The hierarchy has no fixed limit, and ranking and alerts work the same for a handful of sites or a national network. Scale changes the data side: more sites means more source systems to connect and more definitions to check. The screens stay simple at any size.

Yes, and that is the normal case. Each site's your accounting software organisation connects on its own, each POS feeds its own site, and the standardisation layer maps every source to the same definitions before anything is compared. Where a site has no system at all, a Google Sheet covers it until it does.

Through the location hierarchy. Every user sits at a group, a region or a site, and sees everything beneath and nothing beside. A site manager sees their site and the group average, but not other sites' figures. Head office controls who sits where, and moving a manager takes one change.

Yes for sources that push updates. A POS that sends each sale as it happens shows up within minutes. We read your accounting software and payroll systems on a schedule, usually overnight, and each site's tile shows when its data last arrived. For comparing sites and catching an outlier, a daily refresh is enough.

It is not priced per site. You pay for the build, then hosting and support, and adding a site later is a configuration change. The build cost depends on how many source systems your sites run and how much standardising the data needs. We scope it after seeing how each site reports.
